5 Egg Recipies

1) Egg and potato cutlet 


  • 5 boiled crushed eggs
  • 300gm boiled peeled mashed potato
  • 1 finely chopped onion 
  • 1 beaten egg 
  • 1 pinch red chilli powder 
  • 1 handful chopped coriander leaves 
  • 2 pinches salt 
  • 1 cup refined oil 
  • 6 powdered rusk.

Recipe of egg and potato cutlet

  • Step 1 : Combine and mix potatoes,red chilli, onions, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl. Add boiled eggs and mix well.
  • Step 2: Make as small balls of this mixture and flatten them slightly. Dip this in the beaten egg and roll them in rusk. After that, heat oil in a frying pan over moderate flame. If the oil is sufficiently gets hot then add the prepared cutlets in it and fry it till it turns golden brown. 
  • Step 3: Decorate it with coriander leaves around it or you can pair this delicious cutlet recipe with some onion rings.

2) Vegetable cheese omelet


  • 4 eggs, 1 chopped green chilli
  • ½ teaspoon mixed herbs 
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 handful parsley 
  • 50gm grated cheese cubes
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 chopped capsicum(green peeper)
  • ½ chopped tomato

Recipe of vegetable cheese omelet 

  • Step 1 : Break all the eggs one by one in a large bowl and mix it. Add chopped vegetables and salt in it and mix all the ingredients well properly. 
  • Step 2 : Now heat a frying pan over medium flame and pour a little oil on it and let it heat properly.
  • Step 3: If the oil is heated properly then reduce the flame to low and gently pour half of the egg mixture in the span(spread it evenly).
  • Step 4 : Cook the egg mixture on low flame for a minute and then gently flip it to cook on the other side.
  • Step 5 : Grate cheese cubes on the cooked side and then sprinkle on it.
  • Step 6 : Now, fold it from the middle and cook it for one and a half minute on low flame by keep flipping.
  • Step 7 : Ultimately, decorate with chopped parsley.

3) Scrambled eggs 


  • 4 beaten eggs 
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 pinch powdered turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon butter 
  • 1 chopped green chilli 
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 handful chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon boiled peas
  • 2 pinch powdered black pepper

Recipe of scrambled eggs

  • Step 1 : Take a glass bowl and add 4 eggs in it. Add salt and peeper in it and mix well.
  • Step 2 : Mix onion, tomato, turmeric, green chilli, butter, ginger, peas and coriander leaves. Beat till it turn fluffy. You can add some very finely chopped garlic cloves to make this dish even more aromatic. 
  • Step 3 : Now heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and then pour it in the eggs and stir continuously till the mixture dries up. Keep the flame at low and let the egg cook for 2-3 minutes. In ultimately, remove from fire and serve hot with chapati or fold it inside a bread or a pita pocket.

4) Egg and bread pudding


  • 10 brown breads
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cup milks
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup fresh cream 
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 teaspoon custard powder

Recipe of egg and bread pudding

  • Step 1 : First cut the edges of the bread and then crush them with your hands and put them in a bowl. Add Luke warm milk, Castor sugar, fresh cream, butter, vanilla essence and custard powder. Well properly mix it.
  • Step 2: Now separate the egg yolk from the white part and add yolk in the mixture. Blend the mixture lightly and keep the egg white separately from the mixture.
  • Step 3:  Add some finely chopped nuts or berries and mix well. 
  • Step 4: Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and thereafter pour the mixture into the dish. After that, place the dish into the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  • Step 5: Meanwhile, beat the egg whites vigorously till stiff peaks are completely formed.
  • Step 6: Take out the pudding from the oven and put a layer of the egg whites on the pudding. After that spread evenly and take the dish back to the oven.
  • Step 7: Now, bake at 150 degrees for 10-12 minutes or till the egg white layer is turned golden brown. In ultimately, cut into pieces top with ice-cream or fresh whipped cream and serve. 

5) Mixed Veg and Omelet Muffins 


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup grated carrot 
  • ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper 
  • ¼ cup chopped capsicum (green pepper)
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • handful frozen peas
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • salt as required
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon  vegetable oil

Recipe of mixed veg and omelet muffins

  • Step 1 : Chop vegetables and take it into a bowl. Take a separate bowl and beat eggs and oats together and mix properly.
  • Step 2. Now, mix all the ingredients of both the bowls and whisk properly. Grease the muffin pan with vegetable oil and add mixture of beaten eggs and oats. After that, apply grated mozzarella cheese over it. 
  • Step 3 : In ultimately, bake the muffins in oven for about 25 minutes and serve hot with tea and coffee.
